Container World 2018 – The Pivotal Role of Containers and Microservices in Cloud Native Applications

One of the largest container events in the world, Container World is from Feb 26th 2018 to Feb 28th in the Santa Clara Convention Center in California. This year’s event is expected to draw close to 1000 attendee’s, 30+ exhibitors and over 100 industry leaders. The focus of this year’s event is to define the contours of a cloud native ecosystem that enterprises and ISV’s can utilize to move on-prem applications to the public cloud or create applications directly on the cloud. 2018’s program reflects this, with an increase in in-depth production-ready case studies to provide you with the knowledge, best practices and real-world advice you need to succeed running containers and cloud native technology at scale.

More about the event

At this conference, you will have access to 100+ technical sessions, expo, workshops, certification events, bootcamps, VIP networking, self-paced labs plus an assortment of extra-curriculars like pub crawls, fitness events, parties, and more. You will hear about enterprise cloud native ecosystem adoption and the role of and the solutions emerging around DevOps, containers, Microservices, orchestration, storage and more. The major tracks at the event are:

  • DevOps
  • Containers in the enterprise
  • Microservices
  • Serverless
  • Security
  • Persistent Storage
  • Orchestration and workloads

Plan your event

Whether you’re a conference veteran or a newbie, you can plan your successful Container World experience. Study the event calendar a lot, and focus on specific sessions, but otherwise you can spend your time on networking, expo hall, and some fun at laid-back events.
