During most recent conference call commenting on fiscal 4Q17 financial results, NetApp, Inc. revealed two acquisitions:
Immersive Partner Solutions
Headquartered in Littleton, CO, Immersive Partner Solutions, Inc., is a cloud-based converged infrastructure monitoring and compliance company. NetApp will integrate its IP into its FlexPod solutions to help customers simplify and automate life cycle management and enhance its converged infrastructure position. Founder, president and CEO Keith Barto is now director of product management, converged infrastructure group, at NetApp. Prior to Immersive Partner Solutions, he was at Cisco from 2006 to 2013 and senior consutant of Xiotech from 2003 to 2005.
Calsoft Whitepaper: Application Aware Snapshot Management
Based in Sunnyvale, CA, and founded in 2013, PlexiStor Ltd., with R&D in Herzilia, Israel, is backed by Battery Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
